Order Fulfilment Update

We are currently completing a mandatory stock take as part of an audit process. To ensure full accuracy and compliance, this stock take must be finalised before any outstanding orders can be shipped.

As a result, there will be a temporary delay in order fulfilment. Please note that this step is essential to avoid errors and to ensure that all orders are dispatched correctly.

Shipping will resume as soon as the stock take is completed. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy time.

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing an issue with dispatching international orders, which has caused unexpected delays.

Royal Mail has suspended fully tracked international shipping to several destinations. As a result, the only available service at this time is International Standard, which provides a reference number but does not offer full tracking once the parcel leaves the UK.

Because of this limitation, customers placing international orders may choose one of the following:

1. Proceed with International Standard shipping, understanding that full tracking will not be available.
   

2. Request a full refund if you prefer not to ship under these conditions.
   

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work through this issue and process current orders. We are actively monitoring the situation and will restore fully tracked shipping as soon as it becomes available again.
